You may return items purchased from VitoLubeCar.com within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The product must not be marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
2. Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Custom or personalized products that have been tailored specifically for you.
- Gift cards and similar products that are non-returnable by nature.
- Downloadable software or services once accessed or activated.
3. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your returned items.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is processed correctly.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.
